AIR-DRY VS DEHYDRATE

What is the difference?

Air-dried - when dried slowly by contact with unheated air, eliminating harmful pathogens while preserving vital nutrients and offering nutrition similar to a raw diet.  Air-dry produces an extremely nutrient-dense food. The moisture is removed from the food via evaporation. The result is food that is naturally preserved without using artificial preservatives.  It's dry raw food. This means that  the nutrients are left intact and there is minimal damage to the amino acids, enzymes, vitamins and proteins.

Dehydration involves a slow, gentle process of using warm air to remove water or moisture from raw ingredients to preserve them and not using artificial preservatives and still has nutrients and enzymes intact.
